Warranty
Magna-Lift Magnetic Lifters are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date or purchase.
Warranty is limited to Defective Material and Workmanship only.
Warranty does not cover:
• Failure due to improper use or maintenance
• Failure due to normal wear and tear
• Failure due to abuse or misuse
• Failure due to modification
In the event that there is a warranty claim, an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) Number must be issued by Wesco Production Tools Ltd. prior to returning the item for warranty consideration. To obtain an RGA Number, a Purchase Receipt (Invoice) must be supplied to confirm that the item is within the warranty period, as well as a brief description of the problems that has led to the warranty claim. Once the RGA Number has been issued, the item must be shipped, transportation prepaid, to Wesco Production Tools Ltd.’s Ajax, ON office or Burnaby, BC office. Items covered by warranty will be returned transportation prepaid.
